Tartine Manufactory’s changing menu features locally sourced ingredients in such enticing plates as pork ribs with pumpkin seed salsa and wild nettle tagliatelle with hackleback caviar. Excellent baked goods are still a centerpiece, and the daily breads alone offer a reason to stop here (you can buy them at the counter). Located slightly off the beaten path in an emerging tech hub, Tartine Manufactory is open all day, but it’s best for lunch. During the daylight hours, you can savor the bright, open aura in this converted factory with massive ceilings and walls of windows.
