Whistler has a surprising number of excellent restaurants for an outdoor enthusiast’s playground. Its proximity to the cosmopolitan city of Vancouver, the bounty of British Colombia’s farms, ranches and waterways, and a sophisticated clientele all contribute to making dining in Whistler a gratifying experience. The challenge, however, can be in getting a table, especially during the busiest winter weeks. Indagare recommends making a few dinner reservations well in advance of your visit.
