Cantilevered on a bluff overlooking the rocky coastline, Esperanza’s Mediterranean-Mexican restaurant is one of Cabo’s most scenic places to dine. Tables located on three tiers built into the side of the cliff offer sweeping views of the sea. Be warned that diners on the bottom tier sometimes get their feet wet when a particularly aggressive wave hits. The Argentine chef blends North and South American cuisine and includes locally grown produce as well as freshly-caught fish.
