Comida, which refers to lunch in Mexico, is the largest meal of the day and often a celebratory event that lasts for hours. There is no better way to experience this special meal than at Contramar, which is buzzing on the weekends with Mexico City’s most fashionable set. While Contramar has many imitators, this is without a doubt the place to embrace this delicious meal ritual, as the menu here features superb fresh fish, good wine and excellent people watching. This restaurant is all about seafood, seafood and seafood. We highly recommend the tuna tostadas and the "Pescado a la Talla", a fabulous grilled fish, served with two different sauces and beautifully presented.

Note: Contramar is also great for an early dinner, but keep in mind that it closes at 8:00 p.m.
