Punta Mita Villas

Large families or groups of friends who want the Punta Mita experience but the convenience of a private home can select from a large pool of villa rentals, also located within the gates of the resort community. Options range from simple but stylish two-bedroom condos that book for less than a standard room at the Four Seasons to sprawling, oceanfront estates equipped for celebrities and business tycoons. All have access to the community’s beach, tennis and golf clubs, but most require a short drive to reach these facilities (the Punta Mita development is quite large). Most are located on the golf course not on the sea, so be sure to indicate if direct beach access is important. Ditto ocean views. Most properties include daily maid service; some also have more extensive staff and private chefs. Indagare members can contact the bookings team to rent a Punta Mita villa.
