She has worked with leaders and institutions across the U.S. and abroad to achieve individual and institutional transformation, enabling her clients to tap significant sources of financial, intellectual and creative wealth and empower them to break down the barriers that impede success to make a real and positive difference in the world and in their lives. Joanne has also served as the founding Executive Director of Donna Karan’s Urban Zen Foundation, Executive Director of The International Center in New York, Vice President of The Corporation of Yaddo and as a senior advisor to The Goldman Sachs Foundation, among other roles. She is a regular lecturer at Columbia University.
