Snowshoeing and Cross-Country Skiing

In snow season, McCoy Park encompasses 32 kilometers of groomed and rustic trails for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. What makes the area so special is that it is located up at the top of the Strawberry Park lift, and the trails wend through open meadows and groves of towering pines, with spectacular views. This is an ideal way for anyone to get a taste of the backcountry. Group tours and private lessons are available, along with equipment rentals. Also, new this year is a Nordic sampler package that includes three half-day activities or tours of your choice, such as snowshoeing or cross-country skiing, plus discounts on equipment rentals.
