30-DAY TRIAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
In order to set up a Trial Indagare Travel membership, you must provide us with valid credit card information on your registration form. By submitting such credit card information, you give Indagare permission to charge the stated membership fee to the credit card you designate on your registration form at the end of the trial period. If you are not satisfied with your membership during the 30-day trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial period. At the end of the 30-day trial membership period, Indagare will charge your credit card on file the day that your trial membership ends if you have not notified Indagare that you do not wish to continue your membership.
Indagare will automatically renew your membership 12 months after the commencement of your trial membership unless you notify Indagare that you do not wish to renew your membership. Seven (7) days before the expiration of your membership, Indagare will send an e-mail to the e-mail address in your registration form reminding you that your Indagare Travel membership is about to expire. Unless you instruct Indagare not to renew your membership as provided for below, we will charge your card on file the day of your expiration date.
If you do not contact Indagare as instructed on your e-mail reminder indicating that you do not wish to renew, you authorize Indagare to renew your membership for an annual period and charge your credit card on the first day of your renewal membership term. You may update your credit card information at any time by logging in to Indagare.com and browsing to the Billing & Payment tab within your Account pages, or by calling the Indagare Membership department at 212.988.2611. We will process your renewal using the current card on file. The renewal charge will be equal to the then-current membership fee for your membership term. By registering, you give permission to Indagare to automatically charge your membership fee to your credit card for each renewal term. Should your renewal fail to process, your account will be suspended until such time that a successful charge is made.
Indagare strongly advises that you review Indagare’s Travel Services Terms & Conditions as they contain important information and binding provisions regarding issues such as required travel documentation, medical insurance, limitation of liability, assumption of risk and indemnification.

By clicking on the Create Account button below, I authorize Indagare Travel to charge my credit card the membership fee 30 days from now in the amount stated above. By clicking the Create Account button below, I authorize Indagare to charge my credit card the membership fee in the amount stated above and I agree that Indagare’s Travel Services Terms & Conditions apply to any travel I book. I will not be charged during my free trial, and I can cancel anytime during the trial period or up to 90 days beyond the start of my paid subscription by contacting the Membership Team. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account and may be updated at any time via the Account area of Indagare.com or over the telephone.
