Trip Designer
A Colorado native, Hannah spent her childhood weekends hiking, biking and exploring the Rocky Mountains. After studying abroad in Cape Town and attending two World Cup games, she was bit by the travel bug and continued to travel after graduation, taking a yearlong trip around the world with stops in New Zealand, Sri Lanka, India, Turkey and throughout Southeast Asia. Some of her most memorable experiences include winning a village lotto in Bali, living on a commune in New Zealand and participating in the border closing ceremony between India and Pakistan. Now living in New York City, she continues to explore her surroundings, even if it just on a pizza tour of all the five boroughs.

Hotel you’re most likely to return to?
Either the Governor’s Residence in Myanmar or the Imperial in New Delhi (which has an unforgettable breakfast buffet!)

Favorite Travel Book:
Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts has it all: adventure, friendship, love, culture and the hidden worlds of Mumbai. When I was in India I made an effort to visit some of the places mentioned in the novel, like Leopold Café.

Most Memorable Meals:
Rolf & Daughters in Nashville; Central Market in Hoi An for cao lầu (a dish with noodles, pork and greens), which is only found in this region of Vietnam; Balicki Sabhattin in Istanbul for amazing seafood.

Travel Wish List:
Cuba, Hong Kong, Russia, Uganda
