Named in honor of two of Portugal’s greatest sculptors, a father and son, this small museum is housed in a former watermill in the outskirts of Sintra. Son Pedro Augusto found more widespread success than his father and bequeathed both collections to the town of Sintra, allowing the works of two contemporary master sculptors to stay in one place. Neorealist and controversial, the sculptures explore the human anatomy as well as the struggle of women.
