Bodega Crusoe is one of the first wineries to age wine underwater (in a wine cellar off the coast of Plentzia, Spain). Crusoe offers wine tasting experiences both by boat or on land, where visitors can do a one-hour side-by-side tasting of the same wine—one that was aged underwater and the other on land.
