Any expert wine lover will ask you about a visit to Gaja. It is the most famous winery in Italy, located in Barbaresco. Appointments are available (for a hefty price, upwards of $350 USD per person). Rather than going to the winery, however, the money is donated to a charity of Gaja’s choosing.
