Jaswant Thada

One of Jodhpur’s architectural landmarks, this milky-white marble structure served as the burial ground for the Marwar rulers. It sits above a small lake northeast of Mehrangarh Fort, offering stunning views over the city and fort. It’s a quiet, peaceful spot after the hubbub of the Old City, and the building itself, with its whimsical domes, red sandstone carvings and parquet courtyard, is gorgeous.
