The Louisiana State Museum is a complex of five properties in the French Quarter that house historical and cultural exhibits. The general public is privy to only a small portion of the museum’s artifacts. Only insiders know about their extensive archive collection, with over 25,000 relics of the jazz and Mardi Gras costume culture of New Orleans.
