The Caesar's Superdome became famous by housing displaced Hurricane Katrina victims, and more recently as the site of Super Bowl XLVII, but today it is an iconic New Orleans building. A cause of celebration and inspiration when it reopened post-Katrina, the Superdome remains a symbol of New Orleans. Catch a Saints or Hornets game depending on the time of year.
