Valley of the Kings Luxor
An important geological site, the Valley of the Kings contains 63 tombs belonging to pharaohs and nobles of Ancient Egypt. The location was chosen by the pharaohs because it was, at the time, too high to be damaged by floods and hidden by mountains and windy roads. King Tut’s tomb is the smallest, least decorated and crudest tomb of them all. Only a few tombs and temples are open at a time (for preservation purposes). Contact Indagare to arrange a tour.
