But a particularly beloved standout is the Pétanque court-side Lemonade Stand, with its yellow striped awning and freshly pressed concoctions that celebrate the bounty of the estate's own groves. Here, the property shares its signature lemonade recipe—and how to turn it into a refreshing poolside cocktail—for your next spring soirée.
The Parker Palm Springs Lemonade
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces of fresh estate lemon juice (or other fresh, organic lemon juice)
- 6 teaspoons of organic sugar cane
- Glassware: 18-ounce wine glass
INSTRUCTIONS
- Squeeze organic lemons
- Pour 2 ounces of lemon juice into a tumbler
- Add the 6 teaspoons of sugar to the tumbler and stir vigorously
- Add ice
- Top with fresh filtered water
- Garnish with lemon wheel
The Parker Palm Springs Muddled Lemon Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces Parker Palm Springs Lemonade (recipe above)
- 2 ounces Grey Goose Le Citron vodka
- 1 ounce Limoncello
- Top with 1/2 Sprite and 1/2 soda water
- Garnish: Lemon wheel
- Glassware: 18-ounce wine glass
INSTRUCTIONS (Method: Build)
- Add 2 ounces of Parker Palm Springs Lemonade in the bottom of a tumbler
- Measure spirit and cordial, add to the tumbler
- Fill with ice and stir vigorously with a bar spoon
- Pour into glass
- Top with Sprite and soda water
- Garnish with lemon wheel
