Jereme Leung, the once celebrated chef of Wampoah Club, designed the menu at Shanghai Tang Café, which is a good choice for lunch. The setting is whimsical Chinese, with lots of colors, silks and bird cages, and the cuisine is a mix of Western and Chinese cuisine. The "café" in the title is an understatement; this is an upscale place to dine.
