Pramerl + the Wolf

One of the most exciting restaurants in Vienna right now, Pramerl and the World has a different set menu each night, and diners only choose the number of courses they would prefer (between four and seven). Dishes created with interesting, locally sourced ingredients come out of the kitchen, which is helmed by ex–management consultant, Wolfgang Zankl (the “Wolf” of the restaurant’s name).
