Opened by the Michelin-starred Copenhagen chef Christian Puglisi, the man behind Relae and Manfred’s, this refined pizzeria serves market-driven Italian fare accompanied by a mainly organic wine selection. Everything from the food—i.e., housemade charcuterie and mozzarella—to the presentation—dramatic bowls carved out of white marble—has been well-thought-out and perfectly executed.
