In an elegant, airy space with views of the Mediterranean, Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco serves delicious modern Mediterranean cuisine. After traveling widely and attending cooking school in France, Colagreco apprenticed with some of Paris’ great chefs, including Alain Ducasse and Guy Martin. His two-Michelin-starred cooking, which takes advantage of his fabulous kitchen garden (40 different kinds of tomatoes alone), has been heralded as among the finest and most creative in France. “When one vegetable grows naturally next to another, they are made to go together on the plate,” Colagreco has said of his focus on following the seasons and their natural bounty in his cooking. Expect original combos of delicate flavors with a wide range of vegetables and original takes on Mediterranean cuisine, plus refreshing desserts made with lemons from the garden.
