The terrace poolside restaurant features a tasty market-fresh Mediterranean lunch and the dinner menu includes favorites like Niçoise salad, scallops with truffle risotto, lamb with ratatouille and potatoes and sea bass with rosemary and fennel. The latest feature, a prix-fixe poolside “Sunshine” lunch menu, has proven very popular (non-hotel guests who book a table can also use the pool).
