Henri Le Roux, perhaps best-known for his caramel à beurre salé (salted butter caramel), a specialty of his native Brittany, also has a way with chocolate. His third boutique in Paris, steps from the Eiffel Tower, sells delicious chocolate and caramel confections in an artfully designed space with driftwood and sand that evokes Le Roux’s seaside roots. There are two other locations at 1 rue de Bourbon le Château and 24 rue des Martyrs.
