Koursaros Restaurant

Expect surprisingly (or not surprisingly?) delicious Greek-Japanese fusion food at Koursaros. Chef Take capitalizes on the region’s love of seafood with his sushi creations, while Chef Panagiotis Giakalis revamps classic Greek cuisine. The result: excellent dishes that honor two food-obsessed cultures while innovating them.

Interiors at Sea Satin, Mykonos, Greece

Sea Satin

This is the place to go for a fun Greek night out. Set under Chora’s iconic windmills by the sea, Sea Satin is a lively, large seafood restaurant, where guests can choose their own fish. But going here isn’t really about the food (you can find better seafood and friendlier service elsewhere in town). Sea Satin is about the late night parties. Go around 11pm with a big group and watch the Greeks sing and dance to the music.
