Parostià Restaurant

Parostiā, Naousa, Greece

See Website

Buzzy and eclectic with unbeatable views, Parostià Restaurant has a beachfront location at the Cosme hotel on the Greek isle Paros. Named after the stone oven of traditional Parian houses, Parostià serves Greek dishes crafted by chef Yiannis Kiorohlou (whose name well-traveled foodies may recognize from other Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe). We recommend the ceviche salatouri, a local recipe with raw fish, spring onions, capers, olive oil, cream of roasted lemon, olives, parsley and mustard seeds.
