La Bitta

One of the few restaurants in Venice without a seafood-inspired menu, La Bitta is a gem of a place, with friendly service. Market availability dictates the ever-changing menu, which is focused on regional cuisine and offers lots of incredible meat dishes. It’s a favorite of Francesca Bortolotto Possati, of the Bauer hotels, who says: “When all this fish has you hankering for a steak, go to La Bitta.”
