Timberyard

Located in the Old Town - near the base of Edinburgh Castle - Timberyard is one of the city’s top restaurants having received its first Michelin star in Winter 2023. Located in a 19th century warehouse, the space is contemporary, modern and industrial in atmosphere and design (you’ll perhaps feel more like you are in a Scandinavian restaurant rather than Scottish). The food is locally sourced from artisan suppliers and Scotland’s larder. There are vegetarian and vegan options available, as well as a four course tasting menu with wine pairing.
