From Josh Loeb and Zoe Nathan, the husband and wife duo behind Santa Monica’s eateries Rustic Canyon and Huckleberry, this bakery-meets-restaurant serves brioche French toast and spiced carrot soup by day and broccoli and pickled chili pizzas from the wood-burning oven by night. Marble communal tables and seating at the counter lend a warm, neighborhood vibe but the pint-sized space still feels plenty refined and modern.
