The Four Seasons’ signature restaurant, where hotel guests also have breakfast, has a wonderful, breezy terrace with ocean views. The menu is prime surf and turf, with an amazing selection of seafood and hand-cut steaks, including Lanai venison (the island is home to a sizeable Axis deer population and hunting is a big pastime). Where possible, the seafood is sourced locally, like baked mahi mahi and seared Hawaiian snapper. The delicious desserts are prepared by the French patissier, who is also responsible for the flaky breakfast croissants.
