In a city ridden with luxury hotels, its nearly impossible to crown a number one property—but the Address Beach Resort is certainly a top contender. Set along the coastline of the Arabian Gulf, the property is conveniently located in the popular Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) area near some of Dubai's most iconic attractions, including The Walk at JBR, The Palm, the Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Marina. Despite its buzzy location, the resort offers guests a tranquil and serene escape from city life.

The property breaks two Guinness World Records with the world’s highest rooftop infinity pool and the world’s highest inhabited sky bridge which connects the two 77-floor towers—both, unsurprisingly, offer unparalleled views of the Arabian Gulf and the Palm Jumeriah. There are 217 guest rooms and suites, including deluxe rooms, one- and two-bedroom suites and a three-bedroom Presidential Suite. All employ a light color palette of beige, gold and white complemented by the light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling windows. The design is modern and stylish, and all rooms and suites come an iPad docked by the bed that can be used to control the lighting, air-conditioning, TV, and to order room service. The suites are particularly luxurious, providing extra space and comfort with separate living areas, private balconies or terraces and views of the Gulf.

The on-property bars and restaurants offer a wide range of dining options with a focus on high-end cuisine and exceptional service. We recommend dining at Li’ Brasil, Address’s Lebanese and Brazilian fusion restaurant, which has an outdoor terrace overlooking the beach. For a more elevated experience, head to ZETA Seventy Seven on the 77th floor—the panoramic views make it an ideal spot for enjoying sunset drinks. Other amenities at Address Beach Resort include a world-class spa, fitness center, kids club and private beach club with direct access to Marina beach and the gulf. It's important to note that there are no private beaches in Dubai—but the section in front of the Address is certainly one of the least populated because it is located at the end of the beach.
