Housed in the same building since the 1940’s, the hotel maintains its original façade and imposing staircase–but everything else is very different. The impeccably designed and spacious rooms feature dark lacquered interiors, plush bedspreads, blackout shades and complimentary Wi-Fi, with great city views, all for a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and attentive and the hotel’s restaurant, Rossio, offers delicious food and commanding views of downtown Lisbon.
