Review
Perched above the Jabal Al Akhdar canyon, this sprawling resort boasts a myriad of amenities such as a large pool, spa, kids club and outdoor adventure activities on-site.
The top accommodations include cliff-side villas that offer endless canyon views from the private infinity-edge pools. But all 115 guestrooms are supremely comfortable with plush bed linens, oversized bathrooms and magnificent views.
There are three restaurants on property: a casual Italian eatery, Bella Vista; a traditional Omani fine-dining restaurant, Al Qalaa and the airy La Maison for breakfast and weekend dinners.
The property also boasts a gym and a large spa, as well as a kids’ club for younger guests. Active travelers shouldn’t miss the 700-ft. Via Ferrata, which combines climbing, rappelling and zip lining in one exhilarating activity.
Who Should Stay
Adventure seejers and families with young kids who wish to experience the region’s outdoor activities in a more casual setting than the nearby Alila.
