Review
Most properties in Antananarivo have a decidedly corporate feel. Maison Gallieni is the only boutique property in the capital that dares to be different. Set in the Consulate of Monaco (the consulate general lives upstairs), Maison Gallieni is a gorgeous building with the intimate ambience of a family home. There are only four rooms and few amenities (there is no spa or gym), but staying at the property is a treat in itself, offering a private oasis in a city that can often feel overwhelming.
Who Should Stay
Maison Gallini is best for those who don’t mind staying further away from the airport and favor design over amenities.
