365, the restaurant inside the hotel Son Brull, an elegantly restored 18th-century monastery outside of charming Pollença, has no a la carte menu. Instead, Michelin-star chef Andreu Segura offers two nightly six-or-eight-course tasting menus, one of which is entirely vegetarian. Both offer wine pairings. Each dish is artistically presented, leveraging local ingredients. Although expensive, the excellent food and overall experience are worth it.
