Alati has two sceneries guests can choose from: one part of the restaurant is located in a 400-year-old winery cave surrounded by candlelight, and the other on the rooftop terrace under the sky. Alati means "salt" in Greek and serves fresh seafood and local ingredients, including the island's famous cherry tomatoes, capers and Kalamata olives. The restaurant sources vegetables from the property's own garden, and serves fresh bread made in house daily with a sampling of local salts. It's the place to go for a romantic meal on Santorini.
