Assador Rio's

With views of Guanabara Bay and Sugarloaf Mountain in the distance, Assador Rio’s is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. The restaurant follows the traditional churrasco style of Brazilian barbecue, where an array of meats are cooked on large skewers over an open flame and carved tableside (by  gaucho-dressed waiters in this case). The all-you-can-eat concept of rodizio style of dining means that the meat keeps coming unless you say “stop.” Each guest is given a two-sided marker at your place setting to indicate if you would like to continue to be served (or if you need to take a break). This unique dining experience allows guests to try a wide variety of meats and additional side dishes and vegetables. A great setting for a family or group.
