Au Canard Pekinois

This elegant and upscale Cantonese restaurant is in Lausanne’s Chauderon district. The space is true to its traditions, with sleek dark reds and woods, potted bonsai trees and classic blue and white pottery as décor. The main walkway of the restaurant is glass over a Koi pond, lined with matte glass dividers painted with peacocks. The speed of the service can be variable, but the food is delicious—especially the Peking Duck for which the restaurant is named.
