Surrounded by rice paddies, Bay Phsar is the casual poolside restaurant at the Zannier Resort in Siem Reap, Phum Baitang. The menu is international, but the signature Khmer dishes are the undisputed stars. It is open every day for lunch and every other day for dinner. (When closed the resort’s other restaurant Hang Bay is open for dinner.)
