For some of the best tacos in New York City, head to this food truck under the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. The Tijuana-style spot opened a second location in Williamsburg just a few years ago (the first location was in Jackson Heights), and it’s a fan-favorite. Created by brothers José and Jesús Moreno, there are only four items on the menu—order one of each to try them all. Plus, the consommé is so good it could be served on its own as soup.
Birria-Landia is a great spot for afternoon snack (it opens at 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday) or dinner—lunch is available starting at 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
