Botrini’s Restaurant Mykonos

See Website

The Mykonos outpost of chef Ettore Botrini’s Michelin-starred Athens hot-spot serves one of the island’s most creative takes on fine-dining. Botrini is Greek and Italian, and his menus pay homage to his mixed heritage in an elegant, yet playful, fine-dining experience. An a-la-carte menu lets guests choose their own adventure, but if time allows (and, being on vacation, it really should), the tasting menu is worth the splurge. This is all the more true given the dreamy setting at Katikies Mykonos: a white-washed terrace with olive trees overlooking the Aegean.  A vegetarian-friendly tasting menu is also available.
