This chic bistro-style restaurant dates back to the 1940s, when the spot was a cocktail bar, but the space was transformed in 2015 by Giovanni Mozzato, who has turned it into a stylish ode to Venice, with a modern twist. The décor mixes antique wooden ceilings and Italian ceramic tiles with contemporary leather chairs and sleek lighting by avant-garde Italian designers. The menu, which changes monthly, continues this theme with updates on traditional recipes, such as a unique interpretation of risi e bisi, with scampi and caviar.
