A well-kept secret amongst Newport regulars, Diego's is a quirky Mexican joint in the middle of downtown. The hole-in-the-wall joint serves seriously delicious (think fries topped with Oaxaca cheese, black pepper and garlic aioli) and certain dishes, like the lobster quesadilla, are worth returning for. The restaurant is blissfully casual, so don't hesitate to pop in for dinner still wearing your beach gear.
