Etxola Bibi

See Website

On a coastal bluff in Biarritz’s Côte des Basques neighborhood, Etxola Bibi is a favorite spot for locals to watch the sunset—spritz (or wine or beer or mocktail) in hand. It serves light bites like hummus, cheeses and charcuterie, as well. The crowd—mostly a mix of surfers and their friends—starts to arrive late afternoon. Don’t worry about finding a seat at the picnic tables, which fill up fast. Most people simply stand along the park’s edge to face the sea.
