Eureka

Eureka is one of those restaurants in which you’d never expect to find yourself—a pure gourmet burger shop in a world where fine dining means French words and portions. And yet, the little restaurant punches high above its weight class, with food like the bone marrow burger or the bison burger with jalapeno-infused jam. Everything’s worth a try, down to the beet salad with pop rocks (yes, pop rocks).

As a respectable place to get a drink, Eureka also features craft beer from all over the country, as well as small batch whiskey and other assorted libations. The restaurant has a comfortable outdoor space particularly lovely on a typical Palm Springs evening.
