In a former palace just behind one of the main shopping avenues in Palma is Fera. The chef dazzles with a daily selection of Mediterranean-Asian tapas, such as Wagyu carpaccio with truffles and tom kha gai, and beetroot with hazelnut, goat cheese and ponzu. At dinner, only tasting menus are offered including the Chef’s Black Truffle Menu, Reduced Chef’s Menu and Garden Menu. Know that the exquisite dishes are not the only works of art on display. The entire restaurant is filled with whimsical, bold and modern pieces, and there is also seating in a lush courtyard garden.
