Highway Restaurant and Bar

This aptly named restaurant is located right off the highway in East Hampton, but don't let its less-than-charming setting deter you. Highway boasts chic, airy interiors with thoughtful accents like a cozy fireplace and black-and-photography by Pamela Hanson. The menu focuses on New American dishes, and highlights include the steamed pork buns, homemade pastas and grilled ribeye, and the wine list is exemplary. While most of the Hamptons' restaurants grow quiet after the busy summer months, Highway draws a lively crowd year-round.
