Huckleberry

The restaurant’s name takes its inspiration from frequent island visitor Mark Twain. Located in the Rosedon Hotel in Hamilton, it is a favorite with locals. Take a table on the porch; the rockfish is the dish to order here as you while away an afternoon or evening. It is also a perfect place for brunch. The house cocktail is the Huckleberry, which is includes rum, huckleberry, lemon juice and Passion Fields honey syrup harvested from a local bee colony.
