Nestled off the main lobby of the Marriott’s Wailea Beach Resort sits this modern restaurant from Hawaiian native Roy Yamaguhci. Chef Yamaguhci—also of Roy’s in Kanapaalli for those staying on the north end of the island—has perfected the Asian-inspired Hawaiian fare. The butterfish is extraordinary, and be sure to request a table on the balcony for sunset views over the Pacific. For any chocolate lovers, we recommend ordering one (or two!) of the molten lava cakes when your entrees arrive. The mouth-watering dish comes piping hot and takes 25 minutes to prepare.
