Upon settling in at a table at Il Cortiletto, a server will ask you three simple questions: Do you want antipasti? Do you want pasta? Do you want meat? Patrons who answer yes are given a list of three to five dishes to choose from, all of which are made using the best of what’s fresh and in season. The antipasto offering is a series of 12 dishes and a great way to try a variety of traditional Pugliese food. The beautiful white-washed dining terrace is shaded by trees and decorated with cacti, dangling peppers, fresh herbs and Pugliese pottery. Reservations strongly recommended.
