The gastronomic restaurant at Finca Serena, a lovely hotel on a country estate outside of Palma, takes its culinary direction from Oscar Valasco, a National Gastronomy Award winner recognized with two Michelin stars. Valasco elevates the field-to-table concept with a seasonal menu showcasing ingredients from the hotel’s garden and orchard and the island’s exceptional seafood. The menu also features an extensive wine list, including several of Finca Serena’s own.
